How do you prepare for a strong start to the new year?
What could happen if you asked yourself these 3 questions?
- Where do I currently see God working in my life?
- Where will I take an intentional risk?
- Where will I choose to move forward with courage rather than waiting for fear to leave?
As I prepare for an amazing 2017, I am asking myself these questions.
To be honest, I would prefer to have a proven plan already worked out and then just work the plan to get the results that I want.
What about you?
The areas that I see God working in my life and sense His urging to follow His lead require risk.
People who are making a significant impact regularly do things that scare them, yet they do it while they are afraid. They embrace risk.
Fear can be signal that God is calling you to do something that you can’t do on your own. You know that if He doesn’t come through, you will fail without His help.
When God has called you to do something significant, you do have the choice to play it safe or to move forward while you are afraid.
When I move forward while afraid, it proves what I believe about God.
He’s worth the risk.
Question: What’s an idea that you have either buried or you’re trying to “perfect” it before you move forward? What if you took an action step today that moved you forward rather than leaving you feeling stuck?
